There is, we've got a huge budget deficit in California. And Newsom has been

scrambling around, making up numbers for months. But it's big. And it's big because he and the

legislature spends enormous amounts of money. It's unsustainable spending. And finally, the tax revenue

collapsed to some extent, and they can't pay all these programs. So what's he going to cut?

Well, we're going to talk with Chad Bianco. He's the Riverside County Sheriff, always speaks

bluntly, to tell us what Newsom is going to cut, but what he's not going to cut

is just as important. Let's get Chad on. Chad, how are you? I'm doing good, John. How are you?

I'm all right. What jumps out at you that's wrong? You could pick either the stuff he's going to

spend money on or the stuff he's not going to spend money on.

The thing that jumps out at me is just the word budget and Newsom together just absolutely makes no sense and he keeps proving it.

For me, from a law enforcement perspective, he's getting rid of more prison beds, 4,600 beds.
