Boy, if we get Howard Jarvis on, huh, that be a show. We had John Kupal on from the Howard

Jarvis Association. And he told us about this big deal court case that's going to, that's being

heard by the California Supreme Court. And it's a proposition that's going to that's being heard by the California Supreme court and it's a

proposition that's supposed to be on the ballot in November which would give the public the final

say on statewide tax increases among other things and the right now you know the legislature has a two-thirds majority plus plus plus.

And you have Governor Newsom and they can pass any taxes they want. They can pass taxes all day and

night. We got no way to stop them unless this initiative wins in November. And then we could

stop them by demanding a popular vote on the tax.

And that's how we can defeat it.
