by for a visit we played a number of old clips and uh some audio of tv coverage of kfi and and oj

from years ago so you'll want to listen to this. It's a good entertainment

this evening. And we're going to talk to Steve Gregory now. And after Steve, I'll go through a

rundown of what our coverage was like back in 1994, 1995. The inside story of how we ended up covering it the way we did.

And it turned into quite a sensation.

So we could relive that.

Steve Gregory covered the only trial where OJ was found guilty.

Everybody forgets this.

And not only that, I was sitting in the courtroom on that Friday night when he was put into handcuffs and taken away.

And I'll never forget the sound of the clicking of the handcuffs going around him because we had a microphone in at the time.

And we were taking it live here on KFI.

It was late Friday night, like 10 o'clock at night.

And you could hear, you know, just a pin drop when the jury

came back after deliberating. And then all of a sudden that the jury four person stood up

there and said guilty 12 times. And everyone was just like, there was just these collective gasps
