When records show that neighbors have been complaining for 10 solid years about this crazy guy who

piles up five, six feet worth a trap. Five, six feet high. The trash covers the entire yard.

And also, I want to get Michael Monks on another story, not entirely unrelated, though. And it's about how city council is looking at, I think it's K.D. R. Slavski,

about creating a special area where the homeless can live in RVs on a city street.
