They did 89 audits, and Boeing failed 33 of them.

But on to the Scott Peterson case.

If you weren't around, about 22 years ago now, Scott Peterson was the guy who was

convicted of killing his wife, Lacey, and their unborn child. He's been in prison ever since. He's

on death row for quite a while before that part of the case was overturned. Now he's back in court to get a hearing.

The LA Innocence Project is claiming that there's new evidence.

DNA testing needs to be done.

And we have Laura Engel here who covered the original case on KFI all those years ago.
