That's a road diet for the entire city.

All the boulevards will shrink.

And there'll be empty bike lanes everywhere.

So you have to show up, show up and vote today and fight off the bicycle nuts or the climate nuts or whatever nuts are powering this stupid idea.

We have to fight stupidity.

Alex Stone, I cannot believe this.

But I mean, I knew this was going on.

The LA Innocence Project has filed court documents.

They want Scott Peterson to be cleared of the murder charges. He was convicted over 20 years ago,

killing his wife and unborn son. I'm sure you know the case. And somehow this LA

Innocence Project has decided that he didn't kill his wife and unborn son. And they're going to

get a hearing before a judge in San Mateo County. Alex Stone is going to tell us about it. Alex.

Hey there, John. Welcome back. Yeah. So it had been unclear if the court was going to entertain

anything involving this filing in January that we talked about a number of weeks ago.

It's been six weeks since the LA Innocence Project filed in San Mateo County saying that they had all this new evidence that they believed that they should be able to see what evidence there was. They want discovery.
