You take the 57, you go to the intersection of Ball Road and Phoenix Club Drive.

You turn on Phoenix Club Drive, you go short distance, it empties right into the parking light here, parking lot for at the Honda Center.

Then you follow the cones and the bollards and we've got four

traffic lanes and they've been going since 1 o'clock when we started people signing petitions.

And the official name is called, hold on a second, the Homelessness, Drug Addiction and

Theft Reduction Act. Basically, this is a huge rewrite of Prop 47.

In short, it makes retail theft a crime again. It makes drug use, drug possession a crime again.

It goes after fentanyl traffickers and pushers. That becomes a more severe crime. And if you kill the person you sold the fentanyl till, it's going to be murder.

And we can get this on the ballot in November.
