There'll be a referendum on the ballot in November

that will fix Prop 47. Fix it. Fix it hard. And we will be at the Honda Center this Thursday from

1 to 4 p.m. in lot number 4. You're going to have to take the ball road exit, get to

lot number 4, and we are going to have petitions for you to sign from 1 until 6. We're on the air

from 1 until 4, but you can sign the petitions until 6 for L.A., Orange County, San Bernardino,

Riverside, San Diego, Ventura County, wherever you live, you can come and watch us do the show

and sign the petitions. And this is going to drastically revise Prop 47. It's called the Homelessness,

Drug Addiction, and Theft Reduction Act in a nutshell. Well, you know what? I'm going to have Bill

Wells explain in a nutshell what it does.

Bill Wells is the mayor of El Cajon, and there's a group of mayors in San Diego County

who want this to pass and want you to sign.
