Now, on Thursday, February 22nd, very important day, we're going to do our show on the road from the Honda Center.

Lot 4.

And that's where we're going to gather signatures in order to

get on the ballot a referendum that is going to do a major rewrite of Prop 47. We've talked about

this for the last week or so, and this is a biggie.

This gets on the ballot.

It'll pass because there's anywhere between 70 and 95% support for different provisions on the ballot.

And one thing it'll do is a third time somebody gets arrested for shoplifting.

Third time, it's a felony. You got a prison.

Right now, as Eric Siddall pointed out, you could steal something a thousand days in a row,

as long as it's under $950. And the thousandth time is the same non-consequence as the first time.

No jail, at least here in L.A. County.

No jail at all.
