He's the Republican Senate Minority Leader.

And he's put together something interesting.

It's a collection of Democratic and Republican politicians.

And the plan is a Senate bill, 10-11, which is called, well, it's titled Compassionately Clear Encampments.

It is modeled after the San Diego program.

And it is to get all the encampments off the streets and sidewalks, parks, all the public areas.

This destructive, progressive experiment about having drug addicts and mental patients living in the streets.

And then we've got to deal with the garbage and the needles and the feces.

It's got to come to an end.

I mean, it's been going on now for way too many years.

And I think most people are sick of seeing it, sick of hearing about the excuses and the reasons, sick of being told

that they're supposed to live with it or there's something wrong with them. So let's talk with

Well, explain what would the bill do if it gets passed?

Very simply, it would prohibit encampments in public spaces such as open space, transit centers, and schools.
