There's a lot of states who've been making noises about

the secretary state shirley weber to remove Trump from the California ballot.

And Bill Assailie, the Assemblyman, is coming on with us now because he's writing his own letter to Shirley Weber saying, don't do this.

I heard today, in fact, I got a story I'll get to later, but in Texas, the lieutenant governor says,

you know what, we ought to kick Biden off the ballot because he's allowed this huge

illegal alien invasion to storm into Texas, which has completely disrupted

our state.

So we- Yeah, this is this is the problem is they are making up rules as they go to meet

their political means, political ends, you know, the means just right the end.

So here, what they're doing is they're

taking the 14th Amendment, which was written for the civil war when people took up arms in a war

against the United States. And they're trying to correlate it to what President Trump did
