You know, there has been a big controversy about how much crime there is in Los Angeles,

People just flat out do not believe LAPD statistics anymore.

And Jim McDonald says, well, you know, there probably is a lot more crime than the statistics say.

He thinks a lot of people in L.A. have stopped calling in crimes.
