Karen Bass's failed inside safe policy. The question was, are you satisfied? Are you surprised,

rather? Are you surprised inside safe is a failure? And 90% of the people said no. 10% said yes.

Who are you 10%? Have you looked outside? Isn't it obvious after two years it's a failure?

Don't you see all the crazy homeless people and drug addicts still running around?

Now, on to the missing proposition on our voter guide. I don't know what's wrong with me. Somehow,

it was late at night and I was tired.

And I missed Prop 6.

What is Prop 6?

You don't see too many ads about it either.

It's not been in the news.

It's not been discussed up until this week. And then two news stories came out and I said, huh, what's this?

Oh, look at that.

Prop 6 would amend the California State Constitution to ban involuntary servitude. That's forced prison labor.

You know, when you're a felon and you go to prison, often you have to work.

In fact, 40,000 of the 90,000 prisoners are involved in forced labor. Although I don't know how forced it is if it's only 40,000. But you do get, you do get paid.

It's less than a dollar, but you get something.
