David and Louise Turpin, they were the ones discovered in 2018 that they had 13 children

that they were torturing in their suburban home in Riverside County, shackling them, starving them.

They were caught and imprisoned.

Six of the kids were turned over to, the young ones returned over to foster care.

And they were physically and sexually abused all over again.

It's shocking, but the second set of, well, the first set of foster parents here are being sentenced. And Alex Stone has the details.

they're in prison 25 years to life. And the county, along with a private foster care company that

does the placements, that they went
