Something that has been a story that's been developing over the last few weeks especially

is all the land movement, the landslide movement in Rancho Palace Verdes.

If you've ever been there, it is one of the most gorgeous areas in Southern California.

And there's a lot of beauty in Southern California, but this is really something else.

Rancho Palis Ferdes, Rolling Hills Estates, it sticks out in a peninsula uh south of la and it uh it's got a lot of expensive

homes there and i've been out there a few times had have had some friends who live there and it's

gorgeous but uh the the land is collapsing underneath.

It's sliding downhill.

There's been so much rain over the past two winters that the earth is crumbling.

And some homes have collapsed.

They've been like torn apart.

Now they're cutting off gas and electricity to different neighborhoods.

There's always been a little movement over the years, but it's been very slow.
