whistleblower lawsuit, as I just explained in the last segment against George Gascon and

radio show. All right, let's get to Shea Santa. As I mentioned, Santa's filing this

lawsuit against Gascon, saying that Gascon retaliated against him.

Santa had to deal with the James Tubbs case.

James Tubbs was convicted of assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a Denny's restroom back in 2014.

In November 2021, he gets convicted. Tubbs, 17 years old at the time of the attack,

and he also was suspected of assaulting two four-year-old girls in public restrooms.

So this is a bad guy.

And as I mentioned, James Tubbs decided to become Hannah Tubbs, fake being a transgender, so he would be assigned to a women's jail or a women's prison and be treated more gently.

Later on, Tubbs was convicted of manslaughter up in Bakersfield in the death of another man, but that's separate from what Shea Santa has been dealing with.

Gascon retaliated against Santa because he released jailhouse recordings to Tubbs rehabilitation team that proved that Tubbs had a scam going to claim he's a woman, Hannah.

I'm doing well. Thanks for having me on.

So what's the specifics of the lawsuit? You said Gascon has been taken retaliation,

retaliatory actions against you. What is he done?

So I was assigned the Tubbs case, and I brought to my supervisors and his administration,

the tapes of Tubbs laughing at the light sentence about not having to register the sex offender.
