It's getting hot. It's sleepy time in the legislature. No, they're actively

plotting to do terrible things to us. Maybe because it's the beginning of summer and they're

figuring now, school is out, people are going on vacation, now's the time to knife us in the

back. And they got the knife out. And what they want to do is somehow disrupt our plans to repeal large parts of Prop 47 in

November. It's going to make the ballot. In case you haven't heard, what it's going to do is going to

put repeated thieves in prison, people who use and people who use drugs, same thing.

They catch you third time. You have a choice between going to jail or getting drug rehab

treatment. And then it makes a number of fentanyl crimes, felonies.

All three need to happen.

In the legislature, the ultra-woke who've dismantled the justice system are screaming that this is going to lead to incarceration.

Yes, that's what we're hoping.

We're hoping thieves and the people who are clogging up the streets in some

neighborhoods, you doing drugs, are in prison. But remember, the drug people can go to treatment

instead. See, the thieves, they can go to prison for as long. I don't care if they never come out.

Because enough is enough.

So what the legislature and poison pill Newsom want to do, they claim to have a package of 14

retail theft bills that they're going to pass, but they want to put a poison pill in the bill

that says if we repeal Prop 47 in November,

then their retail theft package disintegrates is null and void.
