and act out with their violence. We have Michael, Michael Monks from

KFI News. The LAPD interim chief, Dominic Choi, spoke before the LA Police Commission

this week, the board of Police Commissioners, and ran through

some statistics on what's going on in L.A. in recent months. And most of them weren't good,

stuff you care about, not good. Because how could it be good if you don't want to put bad guys

in jail or in prison? So let's talk to Michael Monks and see what he learned.
