the Republican Assemblyman from Folsom. He wrote a piece for the Sacramento Bee. We've discussed

this as well. And we wanted to talk to somebody who's actually in the belly of the beast up there

in Sacramento to explain how the state can spend $24 billion in tax money. 24 billion. If you have

Since 2018, they've spent this money to solve homelessness.

And homelessness has gone up dramatically in that time.

In fact, in Sacramento, the homeless population has grown by 67%. And Sacramento's homeless

is bigger than San Francisco's homeless now. All right, let's get Josh Hoover on, the

All this information came from the state auditor, a two-part report.

One tells you they blew $24 billion, and the other tells you that they don't know where the $ billion went. And everybody listening is is pounding the

table, pounding their steering wheel and saying, what the hell is going on here? How can this be?
