And we are going to talk with Tammy Nobles now and her attorney, Brian Claypool, who was with us last week on this story.

Tammy's 20-year-old daughter, Kayla Hamilton, was raped and murdered by an MS-13 gang member from El Salvador who got over the border.

She's now suing the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services

for $100 million for their failure to stop him, never confirmed his identity, never noticed

the tattoo on him that signified his membership in that gang.

And that gang member went on to, as I said, rape and kill Kayla Hamilton.

Tammy Noble has been testifying before the House Homeland Security Committee.

They're conducting an impeachment inquiry into the Homeland Security Secretary, Alejandro

Mayorkas.

It's he and Joe Biden who've allowed all this mayhem to occur at the border.

And unfortunately, Tammy's daughter is one of the victims.
