We will have at 2.30, Attorney Brian Claypool,

he has his own law firm, and he's announcing a $100 million wrongful death lawsuit against the

Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services, there was a rape and

murder of a 20-year-old autistic girl by an illegal alien gang member, MS-13 gang member.

He was underage.

It's the first of its kind filed against DHS and the Health and Human Services.

We are going to talk to Brian Claypool about it.

Stuff like that has to be done.

The border is one of the hottest issues that is going to, this might be the first time that we're seeing it affect a presidential race.

There was a pullout the other day where 93% of Americans thought that the border was a

serious issue or a crisis, 93%. Only 7% of Americans said, eh, and that was a CBS poll. Also,

it's something that even in California, a lot of Democrats are upset with.

There was a California-based poll this week, which said that 62% of Californians think it's a serious issue.

So this is not a political division anymore on this.

It's, again, quality of life.
