Okay, and this is about being able to transfer your property to your children upon your death,

and they would pay at the same base tax rate as as you were.

Exactly. You would keep the same tax bill. You would not have a higher tax bill. You would not

have the property reassessed to current market value as if it was purchased in an open sale by a total
