We're going to talk with Carl DeMio now.

Carl is a radio talk show host.

He's also been served as a politician in the San Diego area on the city council.

He is the chairman of Reform California.

His organizations have gotten politicians recalled and also referendums on the ballot, very active over the years.

And now he's coming, he's always running for state assembly too.

And he's coming out against Proposition 1.

This is a reason to vote in the March primary is Proposition 1 is going to borrow over $6 billion to fight homelessness.

And we've warned you two reasons, two reasons to be very suspicious of referendums that want to authorize borrowing.

One is often the, well, like high speed rail, right?

They, we've borrowed $10 billion for that and they never built anything.

Now 15 years later. Secondly, with homelessness, we agreed on billions

of dollars in taxes in L.A. City and L.A. County just six years ago. And as you know,

the homelessness has exploded since. So when you borrow money in this state, either nothing happens or the problem gets worse.

And Carl says, don't trust Proposition 1.
