exactly seven weeks. And seven weeks from now, you could make life a lot better by voting for

Prop 36, which is the big revision of the old Prop 47.

And you can also vote George Gascon out of office and replace him with Nathan Hockman.

And it's both in the polling, both Prop 36 and Nathan Hockman are doing very, very well.

Prop 36 is winning at last count.

The Public Policy Institute of California says it's winning 71 to 26. So some officials,

some community leaders are making a last ditch effort to change minds. There aren't too many people undecided on this one. And today there was, well, yet the ACLU, which exists only to cause trouble for normal people now.

The ACLU got together a group of people, including elected officials, to speak out against Prop 36.

And Blake Troly was forced to attend this.

Yes, I was in with the rare other 29% today, John.

That was not part of that bull.

What kind of crowd did they draw?

I mean, I'm sure these people were paid to be there.

They were union workers or government hacks, but did this?

There were more people behind the microphone behind the podium than that were on the other side with the press, if that makes any sense.

There are a few members of us in the press listening to this, a few community members, but I would not say that this garnered a large turnout. Now, really what this group was trying to do was rally support
