exciting.

Now, you may know that there is an initiative headed for the ballot, which would greatly revise Prop 47.

We had a signature gathering event down in Orange County in the parking line of the Honda Center.

And we got over 1,300 people showing up that afternoon to sign the proposition.

There's a huge, huge support for it. And if you hadn't, haven't heard, this would send shoplifters to jail after the third time.

You know right now, you can steal up to $950 a day and you don't ever go to jail.

But under this bill, by time you get to three, you're going to jail.

And the same thing with drug possession.

It used to be, they found you possessing drugs, using drugs, you would get a choice.

Either go to jail or go to rehab, go to drug treatment. Most people chose drug treatment. And some of them even got off the drugs. Well, they got rid of that too with Prop 47. And third part of the revision is to make fentanyl, possession of fentanyl into a felony.

And this has caused an uproar in Sacramento among the legislators because this means more people would go to jail in prison.

And they are desperate.

The Democrats in Sacramento, the one party rule we have,

desperate to keep people at a prison.

It panics them.
