| 1:41.3 | Either go to jail or go to rehab, go to drug treatment. Most people chose drug treatment. And some of them even got off the drugs. Well, they got rid of that too with Prop 47. And third part of the revision is to make fentanyl, possession of fentanyl into a felony. |
| 2:07.5 | And this has caused an uproar in Sacramento among the legislators because this means more people would go to jail in prison. |
