coming to an end to the great progressive experiment on crime here in California because it's been so destructive

and such an utter failure. And some of the leading politicians in the state who have been

pushing us into the abyss, they're now jumping ship. Let's go back to yesterday at 3 o'clock.

But I'm going to give you a summary now. This is really important. This is going to be a turning

point. Greg Totten is who we spoke with. He is the campaign chair for an organization called

Californians to reduce homelessness, drug addiction, and theft.

And they have a referendum proposed for the ballot that would massively rewrite Prop 47.

This is a really big deal.

And they have already gotten 360 signatures in a very short time, just barely over a month.

They have to get 546,000 valid signatures.

So they're shooting for 800,000 total signatures to weed out people who aren't

eligible to vote and mistakes and whatnot. So they've got 360. They did it in, I guess, five

weeks. And they've got until April 26th. And here is what's in this bill. This, this bill will rewrite Prop 47.

They will start prosecuting thieves, shoplifters, people who are stealing stuff. By the third time,

you're going to go to jail. And that was, this is huge, because the way the law is written right now, as you know,
