Blake Trolley is going to come on the show in about a half an hour at 1.30 because some years

ago, the legislature created a legal loophole that made it more difficult to prosecute car thieves or or thieves that break

into cars to be more accurate. They actually wrote a law that made it easier for break in thieves

to get away with stealing.

And now even the legislature, even that Weasel Democrat, Scott Weiner in San Francisco,

wants to close this loophole.

So Blake's going to tell us about that coming after 1.30.

All right. Now, over the weekend, I found a story in the Wall Street Journal.

And it's a very long story, and I'm going to have to summarize it in brief.
