Well, Greetings and salutations everybody, welcome my YouTube channel. My name is John Campia, and this is open mic. My name is John Campi and this is open mic.

Now, what is open mic and why are we doing open mic on a Friday when we normally do a regular

episode of the John Campi show?

Well, see open mic is when all we do for the show is take your guys' live questions.

Now, normally we don't do Open Mic's until Saturday and on Fridays we have just a regular episode of the John Campia show.

The reason we're doing an Open mic today is for two reasons. Reason number one,

when we had to end the show yesterday, now you guys may or may not be aware of this,

but YouTube has this weird thing that happens. If you do a live

stream if that live stream goes over two hours what happens is once your live stream is done and your video is there now just sitting there on YouTube

YouTube will only show the exact final two hours so if a show goes two hours and ten minutes, you're going to be

missing the first ten minutes of the show. If your show goes two hours and

30 minutes, you're going to be missing the first 30 minutes of the show.

Now once the video finishes processing on YouTube servers fully,

then the first part of the show will reappear and you'll have the full show.

But what's happened lately is that whereas it used to take maybe an hour

for the video to finish processing on YouTube servers

and those missing first 10 minutes or

missing first 20 minutes will then reappear. We started noticing that it

would sometimes be four, eight, sometimes like 48 hours until that first part of the video would reappear.

And so made the decision that, okay, I better really stick to just two hours then to make sure you know the video isn't missing any part so anyway

When we hit the two hour mark yesterday we still had a lot of live questions to get through and so we have a lot of live questions today, so that's one reason why I thought I just make today all open mic so we can get through all the questions that we have.
