It's been a while, John.

It really has, I mean, it has.

Yeah, I feel like the last time you were here, there was probably still hope that something

might be done during Biden's first term.

We're now moving past that.

Anyway, look, we're into a new year and it's been a weird one so far.

Anything you can say that you've been up to recently, I don't know how much is secretive

at this point, but how have you been?

It's been a long time.

I've been great.

And by the way, I should say in the defense of the president that a lot of what he's done

is on defense, right?

And that's not a sexy way to win a ball game and also a tremendous infrastructure bill.

But I know what the problems are too.

And I'm not happy about those and I don't put those all at the feet of the president,

but that means it hasn't been as smooth as we've hoped.

I've been reporting at News Nation, which is a cable network and reporting news and less

politics than I have in a while.
