It was the great ground show marks who once said that you wouldn't want to be a member of a club that would have him in it,

which is pretty much my view of going to Davos.

I confess, although I began the week thinking I quite liked how much snow boots,

chance for a ski, maybe a bit of cheese fondue until I remembered the last time I went to the meeting of the global elite.

The time you realised that you're not really in the club at all if you're a journalist attending.

This is a place with multiple different coloured badges for the important people.

It's only the trumps.

It's only the biggest chief executives in the world who get the top badges and go to the top parties.

Even chancellors, even prime ministers can find themselves excluded from that.

We journalists are miles away.

As I discovered when I was chatting to Tony Blair at the end of a news conference he'd done at Davos with Bono

and as we moved to the coffee area, a burly Swiss security guard stood in my way,

stared at the colour on my badge and made it clear that I wouldn't be taking a single step beyond the room that I was in.

Sneer at the global elite as much as you want though, it's funny to note that our political leaders are desperate to be part of it.

So Theresa May who talked to the citizens of nowhere dashed to Davos.

Their two Jeremy Corbyn's right-hand man and shadowed Chancellor, John McDonald Rubin Shoulders,

with the man he spent his life condemning.

But what message will he have for the bankers of the world?

And now he's not brilliant, I love the idea of job, but Donald is saying,

you're a tosser, you're a tosser, I just love it, why is it going to be brilliant?
