Well, Joe Biden is the first president since LBJ to install a portrait of FDR in the Oval Office,

and that gives you a sense of his ambition.

And indeed, Biden's New Deal

has outspent FDR's.

FDR in today's money spent about $ billion dollars on the new deal.

Biden has spent 1.6 trillion committed.

He's topped the new deal.

Yet Biden's new deal is so far largely invisible, invisible on the landscape

and too rarely visible to voters.

Only 34% of voters had heard anything about the American Rescue Plan,
