Today we're speaking to open source investigator Chris Oziac.

He's talking to us about armed settler militias in Palestine. So Israeli settlers who choose to go and live in

the areas designated to the Palestinians and now they're arming themselves

have been carrying out planned attacks which Chris says amount to pogroms.

This violence is increasing and seems to be legitimised by the government.

We're going to be talking about this pogrom in Palestine.

Before we go into that, I think let's define the pogrom here.

What is this? What is a pogram for anyone that doesn't know just going forward a pogrom actually is a very very violent hateful attack that's actually meant to really, really hurt certain people.

Like in the past, these programs actually were very, very present in such countries like Russia, but also in Germany against the Jewish people themselves.

And the settlers within the West Bank actually as a form of the price tag response, which means that they,

they, as a return, as a revenge for an attack that actually happened in Hawaii, like two Israelis were driving through the main road there.

They happened to get shot by a militant operative and as a revenge they actually

started to plan an attack on the civilians of Wara in Nablus.

Right, so what's different from this situation versus the many other clashes,

violent raids on these areas? What's different with this case that you've been

looking into? Well what's different in this situation is that the

pauchrome actually was planned by a certain settler groups.
