Good morning and welcome to the Independent Republic of Mike Graham right here on Talk of Radio.

What's supposed to be a very important day today in the Palace of Westminster,

it was meant to be another meaningful vote on whether the Brexit deal that Theresa May was putting together was heading for the buffers or whether it was going to get more backing than ever.

But instead, it has morphed into yet another day of hot air, of cold stairs,

and of general disinformation. We'll get the lowdown from our political owners of Ross Kempsel,

who is down there on College Green for us, but there's a good reason why we are not down there

in the talk ready, attentive shame today, is because there's not really very much to report on.

Instead, we'll be debating the really big stories of the day, like

why on earth anyone would think it's a good idea to let a schoolgirl who left this country

to join ISIS four years ago, why she should be allowed back into the country so that her

unborn child can get all the benefits of the civilised society she plotted to destroy.

No thank you, Shemima Begham. No thank you very much. Of course there are the usual

lily-livered wet liberals out there who are saying, oh well, you know, it wasn't really her

fault that she went to join a terrorist organisation. You know, she was talked into it. She was

even maybe groomed into it. The fact that she's talking about seeing people's heads cut off

in dustbins and it didn't

phase her is reason enough not to want her back. She married some Dutch bloke, let her go to

Holland and face the consequences there. We do not want these kind of people back on our shores.
