Summary

Journalist Sean O'Driscoll met the IRA Heiress herself. He would cycle to her Dublin care home to chat over tea and biscuits. Though he went easier on the digestives after he found out Rose was the architect of the biscuit-launcher: a deadly weapon used in countless attacks during the Troubles. Sean tells Matt and Alice what he learned about the next mind-blowing chapter in Rose Dugdale's story, from prison sentences, to a hidden pregnancy.

And this is British Scandal. Right, Matt, Rose Dugdale, what do you think?

0:29.1

which on paper could be seen as an admirable quest, but the way in which she did it obviously

wasn't. She gets involved in the IRA and she is prepared to hurt and kill people and

Undoubtedly, though, she's fascinating and she really is one of a kind.

It's a stranger than fiction ascent to where she ended up.

And today we're going to talk to somebody who is completely captivated by

1:11.6

her story. Is it Jerry Adams? Matt? It's not Jerry Adams. Our guest today, Sean O'Driscoll is an
