To be okay in your own skin.

To stare at yourself in the mirror.

And not judge yourself.

And it is all good.

Even while the world is so extremely chaotic around us, it's all good.

It's mental health awareness month.

And it's a month that's extremely important to me.

Some of the episodes coming up, we're going to kind of dive into different sections of that

and with some people that you know really, really well who aren't afraid to talk about it,

their experience with it, people they know and things they've been through in their life on many, many

different levels in a few of the episodes coming up.

But I've always been kind of open and honest about it, and it takes on so many different

forms in my life for me.

And our mental health now more than ever is being tested um through everything that has gone on in the last few months and and for some of us
