It's a tie Monday here with the invasion.

The first tie in our lifetimes by the Dallas Cowboys, 40 to 40, the last tie, if you haven't heard, was 1969 by the Cowboys.

So a lot of us have never seen this happen before in Cowboys franchise history,

which is pretty wild.

The numbers for this defense continue to shock and raise eyebrows,

and we'll get into that in the insane asylum.

Can I give you a couple other random thoughts, if you don't mind?

Okay, and go.

Kudos to the Cowboys and Brian Schottenheimer for not chasing points early.

Because you get the two points on the blocked extra point attempt,

and when they scored their first touchdown is 13 to 8.

And I think half, maybe more than half of the coaches will put the two up

so you can try and get this to a more traditional 13 to 10 score and all that.

Kudos for them for not chasing the entire game.

And that helped out.

And I'll give a big old non-cudos to Green Bay for punting twice in Dallas's territory.

That is really weird.

That is something that, and I know he may be a conservative coach, but I think you lean more towards, okay.

And maybe that's the Brandon Aubrey effect. I don't know. Because once they punted and they got it down to the five-yard line, so basically it worked. You did what you wanted to do, but the Cowboys went on a 95-yard drive that. I don't know if anyone expected that to happen. And maybe Brandon Aubrey will say, look, if we don't get it, they're already in points range.
