Last night, the Texas Rangers had two of the more bizarre things that have happened in a game happen all season.

Last night. One, Nathan of Aldi got absolutely rocked, gave up five earned runs, gave up three home runs,

and somehow a guy that came in with the one three nine ERA put his team in a 5-0 hole halfway through.

And then the other thing that happened, the Rangers overcame a deficit of more than two

runs, easily making it the biggest comeback win of the season as they were down 5 nothing heading into the bottom of the sixth and they walked it off on a Jake Berger single in the 10th to win seven to six.

Yeah, and you're always when a guy's on a run like Avaldi's been on, you always kind of have it in your back in the back of your mind.

Like eventually this is

going to stop like eventually he's not just going to give up two runs over two and a half months

and we just go along our merry way like that's not going to happen he still he still fought he

got through five uh as you said gave up five But the offense actually backed him up and it took

some late heroics, but it's nice seeing the big fellas get involved in Rowdy Tully's

hitting a home run in the ninth and then Jake Berger getting the ghost runner in. And they've got

they've got to rack up wins against teams like the Diamondbacks right now because their record against good teams has not been all that great.
