commoner of submarine squadron theory in Pearl Harbor, and many other postings.

How are you this morning, or this afternoon, I should say, Bill? Are you doing?

I'm doing just fine, Seth. Just so you know, we're setting up here today with a different bit of software.

So pardon me if I messed things up, but I'll try to do my best.

And we're kind of doing solo, the two of us today, after doing a series of episodes with John Partial on Sipan, Phil Cee, and the environs.

So it's going to be a little lonely, maybe?

I don't know.

I think we'll do fine.

Well, the original dynamic duo can get it done.

I have no fear.

I think so.

No, it's always fun to have John, but we're the original core.

So we'll go it alone on this one. This is an interesting topic, Bill, that I think a lot of people don't know about,

or if they do know about it, they don't know all about it. And it's going to be,

it's going to be interesting to see some of the comments on this particular episode.

Can I admit something to you started? Shoot. I didn't know about it either. So if at some point of my past life, I studied this battle, I had long since forgotten it until you said, hey, we probably ought to do this one.

And I said, yeah, we ought to because maybe I'll learn something too.

It's not one you talk about often.

And there's a multitude of reasons why and not the least of which is it occurs during the ramp up to Operation Forger.

But we'll get all to that.
