But man, that Cowboys defense last night, you're not going to win a lot of games when you give up 44 points.

They did their best. The Lions consistently had crazy good field position because of the Cowboys inability to cover kickoffs. But you look at this whether or not you start with short

fields. Now when you turn the ball over and tell a team, hey, 14 yards from here is the end zone,

what can you do?

Oh, even the fumble.

There was 53-yard drive that they had four plays after that.

They had 11 true drives because the 12th drive was the end of the game kneeled down.

They had 11 true drives.

They got points on eight of those drives and their touchdown drives, man, and this goes back to the field position

thing. Six plays 42 yards touchdown, four plays 53 yards touchdown, two plays 14 yards touchdown,

five plays 59 yards touchdown, three plays 51 yards touchdown. So not only were they having

relatively short fields, but they were, they were scoring

quick.

Yeah, especially that one when they got it to 37 to 30.

And the three play 51 yard drive.
