The Dow's Cowboys, the 325 Sunday afternoon kick coming your way against the Chicago Bears in the windy city.

Cowboys countdown to kickoff with Sean Bass, David Newberry, David Moore will get underway at 1 o'clock on Sunday afternoon.

And of course, Donnie and I will have that Cowboys postgame show immediately afterwards rolling into Sunday night football.

But the Cowboys and the Bears, as you might expect, by the time you get a couple of weeks into an NFL regular season,

and we're seeing some teams having to deal with quite a few of these, you start seeing some guys pop up on the injured report.

Now, we already know, Duran Bland is most likely not going to play this week. He was a D&P at practice yesterday. Trayvon Diggs did not practice yesterday, but that's an illness. And then you had Tyler Geithen and Cavante Turpin, who were limited. Now, that is just Wednesday. And as the week goes on, we'll see what it looks like today.

And, of course, Friday being a bigger one for practice purposes.

But as guys get banged up, it is showing you that they're not 100%.

And then how effective are you?

Like, Guyton's interesting to me.

Is it a rest day or is there something really bothering him?

And does that even limit the effectiveness that we have seen from a guy who has not been,

quite honestly, as effective as you would hope?

Yeah, that's the main question.

And we're talking about this offensive line that the longer they would play together,

the baby the better you would feel. And this is

such an important year for them, an important time for the Cowboys in general, because the

mindset is, well, if you see you don't have any improvement with Tyler Guyton, just draft

another offensive lineman in the first round next year and everything will be fine.

It's like that's not usually just how it works.

Right.

Like they've invested so much in this offensive line to begin with to have to repeat that just a couple of years later after a first round investment seems a little bit of an overkill. And it kind of ignores other parts of your team that are lacking
