retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, 27-year veteran of the

NYPD. We have a really interesting show for you guys tonight. First of all, even though it's

somewhat older news, but it's not everyone watching, not everyone interpreted it. And of course,

that's the new interview with Chris and Deborah Stearns.

And that's the picture on the right isn't really what they look like today. That's probably

like a 10 or 12 year old picture. But they seem like a really nice couple. And a podcast by the

name of Hidden True Crime interviewed them.

And I think that the Stearns didn't like the way they were being portrayed on many, many podcasts.

They actually called me on the phone.

They first reached out to me on LinkedIn, and then they called me on the phone.

And I would not like to disparage people like that.

I understand what they're going through.

We can all blame them for having a horrific son.

But how much of that is their responsibility?

Well, we'll talk about that.

But because of the way they were being portrayed on social media and on podcasts,

they felt that they had to somewhat defend themselves.

And that's why they went on Hidden True Crime.

And I don't think I watched the show today.

I don't think they broke any new ground other than the interview that was from March 6th.

That really said just about everything that the hidden true crime interview said.
