0:03.6	So much has changed since last Tuesday when I did my last episode. I don't know if it's a turning point moment or a hinge moment,
0:10.0	but we have a before the murder of Charlie Kirk moment in America and an after as the Trump administration and its leadership,
0:19.0	including Donald Trump, including Pam Bondi, the Attorney General,
0:22.7	including Cash Patel of the FBI, all of which I'll talk about on tonight's show, said the quiet part
0:28.7	out loud that they are going to be targeting and going after people because they don't like
0:33.4	what they're saying about their administration. They don't like what they're saying and they're
0:39.6	trying to constitute that and recast it as hate speech and therefore they're going to use the power
0:45.3	of the Department of Justice, the State Department, the military to go after quote-unquote
0:52.4	people who don't speak the way Maga wants you to speak,
0:56.4	go after constitutionally protected First Amendment speech.
0:59.7	So I want to talk about all that.
1:01.2	I'll be tying a lot of different strands together.
1:03.5	If you give me long enough on this podcast, I promise you, I will tie it all together.
1:10.5	Let's start with what we just watched with Donald Trump,
1:14.2	which I've referred to as the Sealed Team Six moment. Are we at that moment that was anticipated by
1:18.9	Justice Sotomayor in which and Justice and Judge Pan that now Donald Trump believes,
1:25.3	having gotten criminal immunity for his constitutional presidential functions from the Supreme Court two years ago,
1:32.6	that he can use the might of the military to take out his political enemies, his rivals, anybody that he designates an enemy of the state,
1:40.3	including apparently 60% of America that doesn't agree with him? Is that the dress rehearsal that we just watched in the Caribbean
1:46.8	as not one but two ships have been fired upon and destroyed
1:50.9	killing a dozen or more people without due process?
