Meditation means to know and experience life beyond this physical sphere,

not at the surface, but at the very source.

When we say at the source, many ways to look at it, one simple way to see this is,

today, what is the source of our physical existence here?

The two cells might have come from our parents, but the rest is just the food that we have eaten.

Whatever you eat, you eat a banana, you eat a mango, you eat an apple, or anything else,

a piece of bread or whatever

you eat, none of them look like us, none of them smell like us, none of them feel like

us. But there is an intelligence within us. There is an intelligence and competence

within us which is capable of making a piece of bread into a human being. This is the source

throbbing within us every moment. Unfortunately, such a tremendous force which can make a simple

fruit into a human being.

When I say fruit and human being, I am not talking about superior and inferior,

I'm talking about the complexity and sophistication.

From a simple fruit to the most sophisticated and complex life on this planet happens from within us.

So obviously the intelligence and competence which we call as the source is functioning within us.

How can you live without touching this dimension?

How can anybody exist without touching this dimension?

The whole dimension of what we are referring to as meditation is just this.

To know and experience the source.

If you have some access to the source,

how you manage the manifestation that we are here as body and mind will be just a child's play.
