All right, welcome back to the Intel with Greg Kosell, Jeff Moser here alongside Adam Kaplan.

And of course, Greg Kosell, he's breaking down all the free agent moves.

And we already went through the moves that the Eagles made.

And now we want to go back and look around

the NFC East to a couple of moves that were made that may be significant, may not, we'll talk

about it. And then also some of the big changes in free agency in the NFL and get Greg's

tape breakdown and feeling on how they'll do in their new spots. Greg, Dallas is an interesting team every year when we talk about free agency.

They've added two new running backs.

It does seem like they're on two running backs that are new every year.

This time it is Giovante Williams, who I once thought was going to be a superstar for the Broncos,

and a familiar name in Miles Sanders

after it didn't work out for the Panthers. What do you make of these two names and what their tape

showed? Yeah. Let's just talk to Vante Williams because I think everybody knows Miles Sanders. He was

an eagle, obviously, you know, in the Super Bowl season had a great year of 2022.

To Fonte Williams, Jeff, I'm with you on that.

I thought this kid coming out of North Carolina, I loved his tape, and I thought he was

built for the NFL, physical, tough, got hard yards, still had some ability to take it to the

house, not from 60 or 70, but, you know, had enough juice that he could break some

runs. And I don't know what happened. You know, another one of those situations, I don't know.

I'm not there. But I thought this kid had every trade to be a true foundation back in the NFL,

220, give or take, physical, competitive, urgent.

You know, everything about him spoke to me and said foundation back.
