But let me back up. When I started out there, it was a giant leap of faith.

I had recently quit my job at Wyoming Public Radio, which was kind of a big deal for me.

Working in public radio had been my dream for a long time, and the job at WPR was really good in so many ways. But I didn't love it enough. It wasn't the
