The San Judiciary Committee was going to vote on subpoenas.

Dick Durbin is leading the committee and God bless him on subpoenas of Harlan Crow and Leonard Leo.

About all the grooming and the gifts that they were giving to Sam Alito and Clarence Thomas,

and they also want a list of any transportation lodging gifts and access to private clubs provided

to any justice. There was a third target, Robin Arkley III, who also was grooming these Supreme Court

justices, but he apparently has cooperated with the committee and gave them the information they

want. But they note this is from Dick Durbin. Leonard Leo is refused to cooperate in any way.

Harlan Crow claimed he was willing to cooperate but ultimately made only a limited and insufficient

order. The Senate and the American people deserve to know the full extent of how billionaires and

activists with interest before the court use their immense wealth to buy private access to these

justices. This is why the Judiciary Committee will vote to authorize subpoenas to Harlan Crow

and Leonard Leo. Well, they tried to have that vote this morning and the Republicans put forward

88 amendments to the subpoena, to the resolution for a subpoena. And you know, just whack a

doodle stuff. And it just so buried them, the Democrats on the committee that they just basically
