Hello, Thinking Fellows listeners. This is Caleb Keith, and today is Giving Tuesday.

Giving Tuesday, if you don't know, is a day set apart to help support and promote non-profit

organizations. 1517 has used Giving Tuesday in the past, and we are using it this year to kick

off our end-of-year giving campaigns.

Today, we have a $200,000 donation goal on Giving Tuesday.

We have several donors who have kindly offered to match gifts up to the first $100,000.

So if you give today, every dollar is essentially $2,000, up until that first $100,000 that we received today.

There's a couple of remarkable things about the 1517 podcast network.

The first is that we have a unified goal to proclaim Christ crucified and raised for the

forgiveness of sins and your freedom

on every single one of our shows.

Not every show is proclamation or sermons, but the heart and the goal of those shows is to

remind people of that forgiveness and that death and resurrection for you.

The other unique elements of our shows are the content is free and it's also ad-free.

And the way we've been able to maintain an entire podcast network of ad-free shows that continues

to expand its scope and the level of content that it produces, as well as market into broader audiences,

is by the generous support of donors like you.
