1:00.2	And that's where the fight for things and money begins, and boy, are there fights about

1:06.0	And it can get really stupid.
1:08.1	Because by the time all the agony is over, the estate has been sort of chewed up by
1:12.4	the lawyers and the expenses of it all.
1:15.6	I've had so many callers over the years stressed out about their inheritance situation
1:20.1	that I finally invited as my special guest to the program, Less Cotser, a Will's and
1:25.5	a State's lawyer, with a special focus on avoiding family inheritance battles.
