1:26.5	as administrative control over or should. And it's like how to actually pay the bills like literally just write the checks that's what this is or like what is the process at the border like is there a
1:40.1	process at the border there's always been a I don't know if always but even when there
1:44.4	aren't immigration laws there's a process to keep like sick people out my parent my
1:48.2	grandparents had to be tested for illness that was it and you would get turned away at
1:52.8	Els Island but that was it but there was always a process so they cannot
1:56.6	deal with the process at all they don't know what they're doing it's a
1:59.2	complete mess I'm not saying they don't know what they do I think they do know
