Can you turn in your Bibles to John chapter 8?

We're going to continue in the incarnation of the Lord Jesus.

Okay. of the Lord Jesus. I want to just quickly say something, and let's just grab our seats if we could.

I've never started a sermon like this, but I felt it very strongly in my seat as we were

worshiping the Lord.

I felt deep in my spirit that there is a,

there's someone here in the room who is really bent on examining what's taking place in here.

I could feel that during worship

through the first like 30 minutes.

There was like a resistance.

Not in everyone.

I felt like it was actually a religious spirit

that had come to be sure

that whatever happens in here

meets your list of criteria.

And what I would say, friends, is that the scriptures and history has proven

that if you keep that posture, history will forget you.

And history belongs to those who burn for Jesus.

And the ones who are left in the shadows are those who burn for Jesus.

And the ones who are left in the shadows are those who are possessed with a critical religious spirit.

So what I would lovingly encourage you today is to, rather than analyze, to dip your foot in the Jordan and see if the water's part in your life. I just felt to share that,
